Andrew advises on disputes involving substantial estates, business interests and complex contractual claims. He acts for executors, beneficiaries, business owners and companies where significant assets or reputational interests are at stake.
He combines detailed case preparation with pragmatic strategy, guiding clients through mediation or formal court proceedings with confidence and precision.
Andrew’s specialisms include contentious construction matters involving JCT Contracts, Pay Less Notices and often utilises an agreed form of Alternative Dispute Resolution such as Adjudication to obtain pragmatic, timely and cost effective solutions to construction disputes.
Andrew is a fully qualified Mediator.
Andrew is based at our Peterborough Office but will offer a flexible approach to appointments including at one of our branch offices or outside business hours as required. Andrew also acts as a mentor to our junior Litigation fee earners, passing on his 30 years’ of litigation experience.
