Emma is a Senior Associate Solicitor working in our family law department. She qualified as a solicitor back in 2008 and her experience means she is often able to give an early indication to her clients as to the likely outcome of their matter.
As well as divorce proceedings, matrimonial finances and Children Act matters, Emma also deals with Separation and Cohabitation, Domestic Abuse, Change of Name Deeds, Statutory Declarations, Cohabitation Agreements, Prenuptial Agreements and other family law matters.
