    There are many different types of trust which are a way of managing assets.

    Trusts are often set up to protect family assets, for tax planning purposes or to ensure that the affairs of someone who is incapacitated are protected.

    Pilot Trusts

    Setting up a Pilot Trust is often done for tax planning purposes and is set up with a small amount of cash with the intention of further assets being placed in it at a future date.

    Disabled Persons Trusts

    If you are, or you have a loved one who is suffering from a mental or severe physical disability, you may wish to look at the possibility of creating a Disabled Persons Trust to make provision for them.
