Abdul has a strong background in consumer goods, product liability, and commercial law. Before joining Hegarty, he worked in-house for a leading global appliance manufacturer, where he managed complex product safety investigations, defended and settled high-value product liability and personal injury claims, and advised on regulatory compliance and commercial contracts. His in-depth understanding of the consumer goods sector enables him to provide strategic, commercially focused advice to clients facing product or service-related disputes.
At Hegarty, Abdul represents clients in both bringing and defending claims across matters such as commercial property disputes, breach of contract claims, consumer goods and services matters, housing disputes, shareholder and director disagreements, and contentious probate issues.
