Carole is a highly experienced Legal Secretary who has been part of the Hegarty team for over 30 years. During her time at Hegarty, Carole has supported a number of departments, including Commercial Property and Residential Property, and now provides dedicated secretarial support to both the Corporate and Employment teams.
Carole plays an important role in supporting clients and fee earners throughout the lifecycle of a matter. Her responsibilities include handling new enquiries, carrying out client identity checks, opening new files, preparing and amending legal documents, transcribing dictation, managing correspondence, coordinating diaries and meetings, arranging electronic document signing, and communicating with clients and third parties to help ensure matters progress efficiently.
With decades of experience, Carole is known for her organised and dependable approach. She enjoys the variety her role offers and takes pride in providing responsive, professional support that helps clients feel informed and well looked after from the outset of their matter.
Outside of work, Carole enjoys baking sweet treats, cycling, walking and taking cruise holidays.
