Emily joined Hegarty in 2026, bringing with her over 20 years of experience working in law firms. She began her legal career in 2004 in personal injury before moving into Wills, Trusts and Probate in 2017.
Emily particularly enjoys working in this area of law, as she understands how important it is for clients to feel reassured and supported when planning for the future or dealing with the estate of a loved one. She takes pride in helping clients feel that a weight has been lifted after speaking with the team and receiving clear, practical advice.
She has completed her CILEX Level 3 Diploma and is working towards qualifying in due course.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys shopping, taking part in parkrun, and spending quality time with her family.
