Hegarty and Rawlinsons Chartered Accountants are holding a free Breakfast Business Briefing on Tuesday 28th November 2017 at The Holiday Inn West, Peterborough.

The seminar will cover legal and financial topics that will be beneficial to you if you are running a business or are responsible for managing employees.

    Presentations will cover:

Budget Summary – Ken Craig, Partner at Rawlinsons

Earlier this year, Philip Hammond declared that the annual Budget Statement is to move to the Autumn. Hence, the first of these newly-timed Budget announcements takes place on Wednesday 22 November. Ken will provide clarity on the main highlights and help you to understand the potential implications for you and your business.

Employees – your best exit strategy – Andrew Heeler, Partner, Hegarty Solicitors

Management buyouts continue to be a popular exit strategy for owners. Andrew will take a look at how Management Buyouts can be structured.

    Demystifying Pensions - Richard Borrington

The presentation provides an insightful overview, without any of the jargon, on key areas that could affect you and your business. This will include details on the “life” of a pension and the hot topics of salary sacrifice and Final Salary Transfers.

Employment Law Update – Tim Thompson, Partner at Hegarty Solicitors
