Chris Brown is the Head of the Family Department and a Partner of the firm. Chris qualified as a Solicitor in 2009 and joined Hegarty in 2012.
Chris is an expert in advising clients in respect of the division of assets when their marriage breaks down. He is able to apply the years of experience he has gained representing clients in the Family Court in order to give an early indication of the likely outcome if their case does not settle.
