Hegarty Strengthens Future Leadership with New Promotions Across the Firm

We are proud to announce a series of promotions across our teams, reinforcing our long-standing commitment to developing talent and supporting long-term careers within the business.

Nine team members will step into new roles, recognising their expertise, performance, and dedication to both clients and colleagues.

Abigail Mehta, Benjamin Parker, Jackie Wright, and Andrew Boullemier have all been promoted to Associate. Cara Watson, Natasha Downing, and Yvonne Dudhill step up to Senior Associate roles, while Tom Moore and Emma McGrath have been promoted to Partner, recognising their significant contribution to Hegarty and their role in helping to shape our future direction.

The promotions reflect our strong internal progression culture, with many of those recognised having built their careers within the firm.
