Graham England

Graham joined Hegarty in 2024 and works as a solicitor and senior associate in the Wills Trust and Probate department at our Bourne office.

Graham has over 40 years of experience, starting his career with a large Lincolnshire firm and progressing to become a Partner and the Head of the Private Client department there. Subsequently, he ran his own niche practice as a solicitor and Notary Public. Later still after spells with two other firms, Graham spent two years with a regional accountancy practice as Director of Legal Services helping them to establish their own wills and probate department.

Graham deals with the full range of private client matters, including:

• Wills
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Estate and tax planning
• Estate administration
• Preparation and administration of trusts

Graham always seeks to put clients at ease and to provide accurate and clear advice in everyday language.

Outside of work, he likes to read, play squash and watch the football (rather than playing these days!), although watching his team is not always an enjoyable and stress-free hobby.
